Precision and Speed

Define labour types for different roles—such as a buyer, technician, welder, or builder—setting specific hours and hourly rates for each. The true efficiency lies in bulk application: import or create hundreds of items (e.g., 100 flow meters and 100 flow valves), then assign the corresponding material template and labour type to all of them with a single click. This instantly calculates the total purchasing and installation cost for the entire set of items.

Scenario Testing and Reusability

This entire configuration is stored as a Cost Run. You can create subsequent Runs with different rates or scenarios to immediately compare the impact of changing material costs or labour conditions. Furthermore, the system is designed for reusability: you can clone a previous year's run and simply update the new labour hourly rates, allowing for swift comparison against historical projects and rapid generation of accurate estimations for new projects.
